Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped, along with the tracking number.
Please allow for any inevitable delays due to COVID-19 and Royal Mail strikes.
UK Shipping Rates and Estimates
All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We offer free shipping to the United Kingdom.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates - Worldwide
All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked until they reach your local shipping carrier. We offer a flat rate of £6.80, £9.80 and £10.50 based on your destination country. Exchange rate fluctuations may apply.

The Hrī Store isn't responsible for any additional charges that may apply, such as import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country after a purchase is completed on The Hrī Store.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days (UK), 7 business days (Europe), or 9 business days (Rest of the World) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hri@thehristore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns for up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. A refund will be given for the full product amount minus the shipping costs, once received. There is a no return policy for earrings and nose rings due to hygiene reasons.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hri@thehristore.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
